Established since 1983 and based in Narberth, we provide an award winning PVCu window, door and conservatory service across Pembrokeshire and its borders with Carmarthenshire and Cardiganshire.
Manufacture
Our own factory, our own warranty
The majority of our PVC products are manufactured at our Spring Gardens factory in Narberth by local craftsmen. Every frame is made from individual measurements, so installation can be carried out with the very minimum of mess, disruption or possible problems.
By manufacturing our own products we can guarantee their quality with a full 10 year insurance backed warranty. It covers you for everything for 10 years, even the hardware, with no catches or small print. The warranty also applies to bought in products we use, such as conservatory roofing, bi-folding and composite doors.
We have more recently moved into sourcing and installing high quality composite and aluminium windows and doors. We do not manufacture these ourselves: we source them from long established experts in their field and install them ourselves.
Materials
VEKA profile, the name the trade respects
Our PVC products use only PVCu materials from VEKA plc, the world's leading designer and extruder of advanced window, door and conservatory systems. VEKA are a German company originally and, like us, are still totally family owned.
We manufacture the VEKA Matrix 70 mm system at our factory, and can purchase to our exacting standards any VEKA profile range, including sash windows and bi-folding doors.
Network VEKA
Audited every year
We are part of the Network VEKA organisation. To become a member we undergo stringent and ongoing annual training and prove that our product knowledge and standards of workmanship are second to none. Only then do we get our annual membership certificate.
Our trained window installers are full-time employees, not sub-contracted workers, and they are audited by Network VEKA every year. Customers can contact Network VEKA independently should they have any concerns.
We have won the quality award for Wales from Network VEKA a record six times, which we are told no other PVC company in Wales has managed.
